Our centers

Spaces built for how children on the autism spectrum learn best.

Clementine centers are sensory-considered ABA therapy clinics designed around what children actually need - predictable structure, calm lighting, dedicated therapy rooms, and a clear rhythm to the day. Step inside and you’ll feel the difference from a generic medical office in the first minute.

  • Sensory-aware rooms, calm lighting, predictable structure
  • Drop-off ready: secure entry, family lounge, parent observation
  • Statewide in-home coverage where centers don't yet exist
What's inside

Six things every Clementine center is built around.

Centers are the most concrete part of our practice - you can walk in, see them, and decide for yourself. Here’s what we design every Clementine space to include, no matter the city.

  • Dedicated 1:1 therapy rooms

Quiet, individually-controlled rooms designed for focused skill work, stocked with developmentally-appropriate materials and built to minimize sensory load.

  • Sensory regulation space

A separate calm-down room with noise machines, lighting controls, soft seating, and tactile materials - for the moments your child needs to reset.

  • Group play & social skills areas

Open spaces for peer interaction, group instruction, and play-based social skills work - where turn-taking, shared attention, and friendship-building are practiced daily.

  • Parent observation area

A comfortable area where caregivers can watch live therapy without interrupting their child's session - and join in for coaching moments.

  • Family waiting lounge

Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and quiet enough that you can take a work call or read a book during your child's session. We respect your time.

  • Snack and meal-prep station

A small kitchenette for snack breaks and lunch programs. Food tolerance and eating skills are part of many treatment plans, so meals are part of the day.

FAQ

Questions about visiting a Clementine center.

Common questions from parents considering center-based therapy or planning a first visit. Have one we missed? The team is one call away.

Touring and visiting

  • Can I tour a center before enrolling?

Yes - and we encourage it. Tours typically run 30 minutes, are casual, and there’s no commitment. Bring your child if you want, or come on your own. You’ll see the rooms, meet a member of the team, and have time to ask anything.

  • Do tours need a referral or insurance verification first?

No. Tours are open to any family considering ABA therapy, regardless of whether you’ve already started insurance work or have a diagnosis in hand. We’d rather you visit early in your decision.

  • What should I bring to a tour?

Nothing required. If you’ve already got a diagnostic report or your insurance card, those are useful but not necessary. We’ll have everything you need on our end.

If we enroll

  • What are typical center hours?

Most Clementine centers run weekday programs from morning through mid-afternoon, with half-day and full-day options. Exact hours vary by location and your child’s specific program. Your intake team will share the schedule for the nearest center when you reach out.

  • How does drop-off and pickup work?

You walk your child to a consistent entrance at the same time each day. A team member greets your child, does a brief sensory check-in, and walks them into the center. Drop-offs typically take less than five minutes once a routine is established. Pickup mirrors the same rhythm.

  • What does my child need to bring each day?

A change of clothes, any specific snacks or foods that work for your child, and a sensory tool or comfort item if it helps with transitions. We provide therapy materials and most snacks/meals depending on the program. Your intake team will share a specific packing list before your first day.

  • Can I observe my child during the day?

Yes. Each center has a parent observation area for watching live therapy. You’ll also have regularly-scheduled coaching sessions where you observe and discuss specific strategies with your child’s care team.

If there's no center near us

  • Can we still get Clementine care without visiting a center?

Yes. Our in-home program extends across every state we serve. Many families never visit a center and still receive the full Clementine experience - same continuity, same caregiver coaching, same insurance support, just in your home.

  • When will a center open in our area?

We expand carefully - we don’t open a center until we can staff it well. Tell us where you live during intake and we’ll let you know if a center is on the roadmap in your area, or if in-home is your best option for now.

  • Do center-based and in-home families get the same care team?

Wherever possible, yes. The same clinical lead oversees your child’s plan regardless of setting. If you move between center and in-home - or use both at once - your team stays the same.

Want to see a center for yourself?

Tours are casual, short, and completely no-commitment. A 30-minute visit is enough to know whether center-based therapy is the right starting point for your child.

Let’s Move Forward

Come see what a Clementine center feels like.

The center experience is much easier felt than described. Tours are 30 minutes, no commitment, and you’ll know whether it’s the right fit before you leave. Or if there’s no center in your area yet, we’ll walk you through in-home options on the same call.
